If you wish to make a presentation or bring forward an item to Council please contact the Clerk's department at least six (6) days in advance of the scheduled meeting in order to be placed on the agenda. Commissioner Services

The Clerk and Deputy Clerk are Commissioners of Oath and are able to commission your signature on legal documents.  Please call in advance to schedule an appointment for commissioner services to 705-639-5343 extension 213.
Please remember that your signature must be commissioned in the presence of the Clerk or Deputy Clerk and to refrain from signing the document in advance.  You must bring two pieces of identification with you.  There is a fee of $10.00 for residents of Asphodel-Norwood and $15.00 fee for non-residents for this service.
