Ice Surface

It has a N.H.L. size ice pad (85'x200') and seating for 404 people, plus upper bench style seating and upper deck viewing. Barrier free viewing for wheelchairs and a warm viewing area. Our facility has four dressing rooms with dual showers and a state of the art sound system.

  • Men's Pickup Hockey: Every Wednesday from 11:30am - 12:30pm.
  • J.J Stewart motors - Nitro Lacrosse Senior "B" Team: Be sure to watch for the 2009 Game Schedule
  • 2009 Youth Ball Hockey League: For youths between the ages of 6 and 16. The league runs on Wednesday evenings for an 8 week program. Watch for our registration dates in March 2009.

- Millennium Room -


From an intimate gathering to a grand celebration with all your family and friends, the Millennium Room is the ideal location for your perfect event.

Rental Information:
~ a non-smoking environment.
~ Community Centre staff will set up tables and chairs and put them away after the
event.
~ a layout of the room and a structured time list is requested from the renter a minimum of one week before the event.
~ signed contract for the facility must be completed at time of booking.
~ candles are accepted as long as they are placed in a holder that encloses the candle or floating candles.
~ Paper table cloths are not acceptable.
~ the room will hold 240 people with tables or 310 people without tables or chairs.
~ if you are going to use round tables (5' in diameter) the maximum it will hold is 20 tables, 8 persons to a table for a total of 160 persons.
~ Rectangular tables are 30" x 8' and the maximum is 30 tables, 8 persons per table for a total of 240 persons.
~ additional insurance may be purchased through the Municipality for your event for an additional fee of $50.00.

~ window blinds may be adjusted
~ big screen tv with DVD player
~ the sound system has twelve speakers throughout the room
~ microphone outlets at three different locations

The kitchen must be left in the condition that it was found. An additional clean up charge will be added if this is not completed.
