Being a By-Law to enter into an Agreement between the Township of Asphodel-Norwood and the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) for the Transfer of Federal Tax Revenues Under the New Deal for New Cities and Communities
- That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Municipal Funding Agreement for the Transfer of federal Gas Tax Revenues under the New Deal for Cities and Communities between the Association of Municipalities of Ontario and the Township of Asphodel-Norwood. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the said Agreement attached as Schedule ‘A’ to this by-law
- That the said term be in effect from the date set out on the first page of the Agreement, up to an including March 31, 2015 in accordance with the Agreement attached as Schedule “A” to this by-law.
This By-Law No. 2005-65 shall be deemed to come into force and effect on the
7 th day of November, 2005.
